About Us
Since 1995, the Highland Fish Market has been a family-run business. In June 2023, the original owner, Gary Hirsch, and his son Michael made the decision to retire and sold the business to new owners Mark & Sarah Hart, and Matt & Ashley Bedingfield. The Hart’s and Bedingfield’s are excited to uphold the store’s family-owned traditions.
Because of their desire to continue the standards of providing high-quality, fresh seafood, both new and loyal customers can depend upon our experts for recommendations on seafood selection, accompanying products, cooking methods as well as seasoning and flavor.
